Trades Shelf

Terms of Sale

Last updated: 8 November 2026

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of the digital products sold on Trades Shelf (the “Store”). The Store is operated by Codigo Bro LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming (EIN: 42-3185729), 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). Trades Shelf is part of Digital Shelf Lab, our digital products brand.

1. Accepting these Terms

You accept these Terms, our Refund & Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy when you click or tap the pay button at checkout, and again when you click or tap the purchase button of any offer you add to your order afterwards. Each purchase is governed by the version in force at the time of that purchase. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority under the law of the country where you live if that is higher, to buy from the Store. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live (in the United Kingdom, these include the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).

2. What we sell

We sell digital tools for trades: access to web apps that open in the browser of your phone, tablet or laptop, optional add-ons that unlock extra features inside an app, and printable guides and editable templates (PDF, Word and Excel files). Each product page shows what is included. No physical products are posted or dispatched.

Our apps are documentation aids. They help you prepare paperwork such as circuit charts, schedules and labels from the information you enter. They are not certificate software, they do not issue electrical installation certificates or condition reports, and they are not endorsed by, or affiliated with, any certification body or competent person scheme. You remain responsible for your own work, for checking the documents before you use them, and for issuing any certificate or report the law or your scheme requires.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown with their currency code. In the United Kingdom, prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (£). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay: no further charges are added. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. You can pay with a payment card (credit or debit card) or a digital wallet. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as “DSL* ALIBI”.

4. One-click offers after checkout

After you pay, we may show you optional offers related to your purchase. Stripe securely stores your payment details (card or digital wallet), so that you can add such an offer with one click. We use it only for offers you accept within 24 hours of your purchase and in the same browser; after that, you will be asked to re-enter your payment details. Stripe stores your payment details until you ask us to remove them. We only charge it when you click or tap a purchase button that shows the exact price and currency of that offer, and each offer you accept is a separate charge with its own payment confirmation. We never use your payment method for subscriptions or for any charge you did not ask for. You can ask us to remove your saved payment method at any time by writing to support@digitalshelflab.com.

5. Promotions

Strikethrough prices are the regular prices at which we offer the product. Launch prices and other promotions may end or change at any time, without affecting purchases already made. Because we test different offers, the offers you see may differ from those shown to other customers.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered by email with a link to your personal access page, as described on our Delivery page and in our Refund & Delivery Policy. Please enter a valid email address at checkout, and check your spam or promotions folder if our email does not arrive.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Delivery Policy. Each product's guarantee is shown on the product page and at checkout. If a product is refunded, your access to that product ends.

8. Licence to use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it in your own work, including your own business. You may use an app on the number of devices shown on the product page (for our apps, up to 3 devices), and you may print, share and hand to your customers the documents you create with it. You may fill in, adapt and use our editable templates for your own jobs and print our guides as often as you need. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish or give away the app, the files or any part of them, upload them to file-sharing or other online services, or share your sign-in, your access codes or your personal access link with anyone outside your business. You may not present the product as your own work or remove copyright notices. Products are licensed, not sold. If a payment is reversed or disputed, turns out to be fraudulent, or if you breach this section, the licence ends and we may disable your access.

9. Intellectual property

All content of the Store and of our products — including text, stories, documents, tables, illustrations, photographs, design and branding — belongs to Codigo Bro LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Store or our products for unlawful purposes; scrape data from the Store or copy or imitate the Store; interfere with its security or operation; try to obtain products without paying; use someone else's payment method without permission; or misuse promotions.

11. Questions about charges, disputes and fraud prevention

If you do not recognise a charge or have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@digitalshelflab.com. We usually reply within 24 hours and can refund eligible orders straight away. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. To prevent fraud and to respond to disputes, we keep records of your order — including the time of purchase, IP address, device information, the terms you accepted at checkout, and records of access to and downloads of your products — and we may share them with our payment processor and with your bank or card issuer. While a dispute is open, we may suspend access to the disputed products. We may cancel orders and refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud.

12. Guarantees and liability

Our apps help you prepare documents from the information you enter; the result depends on that information. Any reference values or calculations an app shows are there to help you, and you should check them against the current regulations and your own measurements before relying on them. The content you create in an app is stored on your own device: keep the backup file the app lets you export, because we cannot recover content that was only on a device that is lost, reset or cleared. Except as stated in these Terms and in the guarantee for your product, and to the extent permitted by law, we supply digital products as described in the Store, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer if digital content does not match the contract (in the UK, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described).

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or loss of profits, within the mandatory limits of consumer protection law and except in cases of deliberate wrongdoing or gross negligence, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, without affecting your mandatory rights as a consumer. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and they do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including, in the UK and the EU, your rights if digital content is faulty.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of the country where you live applies. Before making a claim, please contact us first at support@digitalshelflab.com and give us the chance to put it right; most problems are resolved quickly, including by way of a refund. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you can always bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live (England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland), and the mandatory consumer protections of that part of the UK continue to apply to you.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. If we do not exercise a right, or do not exercise it straight away, that does not mean we have waived it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at hosting, payment or email providers. We send notices to the email address you entered at checkout. These Terms, together with the policies they mention, are the entire agreement between you and us about your purchase.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future purchases by publishing a new, dated version on this page. The version you accepted continues to apply to your past purchases.
