Everything sold on Trades Shelf is digital only: access to web apps that open in the browser of your phone, tablet or laptop, and guides and templates (PDF, Word and Excel files) that you can download straight away. No physical goods are posted or dispatched.

How you receive your order

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email you a link to your personal access page — usually within a few minutes. The email will be sent from “Trades Shelf” (orders@mail.digitalshelflab.com). On your access page you can open every app and download every file you have paid for, including anything you add to your order later. You do not need to create an account: to open an app, you sign in with the email address you used at checkout.

Your link does not expire, and you can download your files as often as you like (except where the order is refunded or disputed, as explained in our Terms of Sale). Please keep the email safe: the link is strictly personal and unique to your order, so do not share it with anyone.

Delivery is complete once that email has been sent to the address you entered at checkout. If it has not arrived, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder, or contact us and we will send it again.
